The attached leader of Reform UK has ruled out the scientific consensus on the role of humans in the change of climate as “garbage.”

Richard Tice MP told Sky to Sky Ali Fortescue: “There is no evidence that CO2 made by man changes climate change. Since he has continued for millions of years, he will continue for millions of years. ”

Fortescue challenged him with the findings of a UN group of 200 international scientists that human activities such as fossil fuel burning are to blame for the recent climatic changes.

“It is unequivocal that the human influence has heated the atmosphere, the ocean and the earth,” said the 2021 report of the IPCC, which was signed by all governments, including Russia rich in flammable fossil, the United States and Saudi Arabia.

“No, that is absolute garbage,” Tice said. “The climate changed for millions of years before CO2 made by man.”

The weather changed for years before humans began to burn fossil fuels at scale.

But what alarms scientists now is how fast it is changing – Too fast for nature to stay up to date.

“While the climate of the earth has changed throughout its history, the need is occurring at a rate that is not seen in the last 10,000 years,” according to NASA’s space and the investigation body.

Tice also said there were “thousand” scientists who agreed with him, that “they were not a minority.”

An analysis of more than 3,000 peer -reviewed studies found that the scientific consensus was climate change caused by humans was greater than 99%.

Bob Ward, policy director of the Grantham Research Institute of the University of LSE and member of the Geological Society, described the comments “pure wrong information.”

“There is not a single credible scientific organization in the United Kingdom or in the world that agrees with him on the causes or consequences of climate change,” said Mr. Ward.

Professor Ed Hawkins from Studying College told Sky Information: “Of course, there are natural factors that can make the weather vary, but they occur slowly, for billions to millions of years, while the warming we have observed has happened for decades for decades ”

The climate has been heated in 1.3C from the pre -industrial period, when humans began to burn fossil fuels at scale, according to the scientific body of Copernicus.

At the beginning of last week, Tice had established plans to impose taxes on the renewable energy sector and discard the Net zero objective of the United Kingdom, if Reform Rek was in power.

He blamed them the highest energy invoices and for the deindustrialization of Great Britain.

Reform uk only has five parliamentarians, but last week exceeded a voter survey for the first timealthough by a small margin.

Professor Hawkins said that many solutions to address climate change would also increase energy security, would provide cleaner air and lower costs “for all.”

“But the cost of the delay increases with each year.”

Around two out of three people who voted for reform UK last year think it is important that the government worries about climatic action, according to a common investigation.

He discovered that although the voters of the reform are “less excited about climatic policies” than other voters, the weather is low in their agenda.
