SAN FRANCISCO – Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Inexperienced will miss at least a week in the NBA with a left calf strain.
The Warriors said Monday that an MRI determined Inexperienced has only a minor strain and will be reevaluated in a week. Inexperienced was hurt in the first quarter of a win over Washington on Saturday night.

Inexperienced was replaced in the starting lineup for Monday’s game against Boston by Gary Payton II.

“We became a different team,” coach Steve Kerr said of playing without Inexperienced. “Although it’s almost organic. Steph and Dray have such a connection that when they’re together, they play their game and we play ours. When Draymond leaves the court, the game becomes a different game. “We don’t necessarily have to change our way of thinking, it happens more organically.”

The Warriors are already missing other key players: forward Jonathan Kuminga (sprained right ankle), guard Brandin Podziemski (right stomach) and forward Kyle Anderson (left glute) are already out.
Kerr said Anderson and Podziemski could return to action later this week.
