In August, we told you about the offensive plea deal the Biden-Harris administration reached with the masterminds of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, Walid bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi.

The public reaction was such that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin appealed.

Today, a court ruled in favor of the Biden administration:

More than The New York Post:

Plea deals for three terrorists behind the 9/11 attacks are back in play after Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin lost his bid to reject troubling deals that would spare them the death penalty.

A military appeals court ruled Monday night against Austin’s order this summer voiding plea agreements reached with Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi.

Defense lawyers for the terrorists argued that the secretary had no authority to revoke the agreements after they were already approved by the highest authority of the Guantanamo Bay courts in July.

They further claimed that Austin’s order was an unlawful interference in the case.

Absolutely a slap in the face to all Americans, but especially to the families of the victims of 9/11.

It’s not like that.

They should have been executed decades ago.

No. Not one.

Absolutely disgusting.

Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Biden pardoned them on the way out the door.

He’s burning everything on his way out the door.

Bingo. He does it.

More than 3,000 Americans died. Thousands more injured and countless lives disrupted.

And they do not receive the death penalty.

Joe Biden is evil.

Final point.
