The Labor Party has removed an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated TikTok featuring a Portuguese song with lyrics about having sex with a “naughty young woman.”

The 34-second clip, titled “Labour’s plan to change Britain like animals”, showed AI animals representing key workers while the song Montagem Coral by Brazilian artist DJ Holland played in the background.

Viewers soon found English translations of the Portuguese lyrics, which reference smoking marijuana, sexual acts and sexist insults.

The video, which featured a bulldog in a police uniform, a hare as a nurse and a bull in a high-visibility jacket and a builder’s helmet, was quickly removed by Labor when users drew attention to the song’s lyrics on the comments.

A Labor spokesperson said: “The post is an adaptation of a viral social media trend and contains a mash-up of two music tracks.

“We recognize that the translation of the lyrics is completely inappropriate. “We apologize and the video has been removed.”

The video featured AI-generated text about each animal, detailing the supposed advantages of Labour’s policies in each of the sectors represented, such as policing, healthcare, energy and housing.

TikTok has increasingly become the platform used by organizations trying to reach younger audiences.

Alicia Kearns, Conservative MP for Rutland and Stamford, offered a scathing assessment of the TikTok video about X, singling out the Inside secretary.

She wrote: “Do you think it is acceptable, Yvette Cooper, for your party to release videos with lyrics that encourage men to drug young girls so they can have sex with them and celebrate punching girls’ vaginas? “We will feel safer with you in charge.”
