The New York judge in US President-elect Donald Trump’s secret money case denied a motion to dismiss the case filed after his presidential election victory, ruling that he must be sentenced on January 10, days before of his inauguration. Magistrate Juan Merchán said that he is not willing to impose a prison sentence.
