A small number of cans from Coca-Cola, Sprite and Appletiser has been withdrawn in the United Kingdom.
It comes after high levels of a chemical by -product of chlorine disinfectants were found in some of the drinks in abroad tests.

All affected cans have production codes of 328 G to 338 GE, which can be found at the base of the can.
Chloro is a byproduct of the decomposition of chlorine -based disinfectants and chlorine chemicals, which are often used to sterilize water.
It can cause iodine deficiency in people and is regulated with legal limits of maximum waste for a variety of food, including fresh products, according to Scotland food standards.
Coca-Cola Europacific partners said: “Most Coca-Cola products, including standard cans, and all glass and plastic bottles sold in the United Kingdom are not affected.”
He added: “While the independent analysis concluded that the probability of any associated risk of feeling temporarily useless when consuming these products is very low, for the tranquility of consumers, we encourage anyone who has an affected power to call our team of customer service at 0800 2271111 who can help.
“No other Coca-Cola product is affected by the problem.”
He apologized since he admitted that a “small number of our products has not complied with our high standards.” He has also been talking to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) about the matter.

On Tuesday, the FSA said there had been a “Limited distribution to the United Kingdom” Coca-Cola sodas that contain higher levels of chlorine.
In 2015, the European Food Safety Authority found that the levels of chlorate in drinking water and food were too high and could cause serious health effects, especially among babies and children.
These included the deteriorated thyroid functioning due to the absorption of inhibited iodine.
