“We are happy with how he played today. Little by little we are giving her playing time because we prioritize her health, so that when she is fully ready to train, she can perform well,” Alinsunurin said. “For now, we are very grateful because our expectation was that she would come as a substitute. But when Mars started having difficulties, I told her, ‘Deanna, fight for it.'”

“Our play improved thanks to the efforts of our teammates in the defensive zone, which really solidified the lead. He made everything we did positive. I am grateful for Deanna’s distribution during the game, especially in the fourth and fifth sets. Hopefully, he stays healthy for our next games.”

Little by little we are recovering our rhythm as a team. We know that the problem is within us, so we also know that we are the ones who can solve it,” said the star setter.
