In a statement issued through lawyers representing the victims’ families, Srivaddhanaprabha’s son Aiyawatt, who succeeded his father as chairman of Leicester Metropolis, said: “My family welcomes the investigation process and looks forward to “I look forward to the explanation of how and why my father lost his life and what has been done to ensure that other families do not suffer the same horrible pain of loss that has been inflicted on us.”
