Now, a new filing in the court case against Nicholas Roske, the man who tried to kill Judge Brett Kavanaugh back in 2022, confirms that Roske was angry about the dobbs fault leak.

Defendant Nicholas Roske told local police and the FBI that he planned to break into Kavanaugh’s home, shoot him and then take his own life to prevent Roe (which allows abortion on demand up to birth) from being overturned. Roske also wanted to shoot Kavanaugh because of Kavanaugh’s views on gun control. In addition to a firearm and ammunition, police also found photographs and zip ties in his bag (“in case he wanted to restrain someone”). The Biden-Garland Justice Department has delayed prosecuting the attempted murder of Roske. Kavanaugh (and his family): It’s been almost 3 years since Roske was arrested near Kavanaugh’s home! (Biden and Garland supported and allowed ILLEGAL protests outside the HOMES of Supreme Court justices!)
In reality, Roske was planning to attack three SCOTUS judges.
For abortion.
It is very concerning that the Department of Justice has not acted to fully prosecute this case.

Biden, Garland and a group of other leftists were completely on board with the ‘protests’ outside the SCOTUS judges’ house and would have been happy to give Biden the opportunity to appoint a judge to a vacant seat, regardless of how that position became vacant.

SCOTUS asked Congress for more funding for security. I can’t imagine why.
I think that was the leaker’s goal. They wanted to generate such outrage that a person, already mentally on edge, would think they were “saving democracy” by removing at least one conservative-leaning SCOTUS judge.
